His Excellency Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia, will lead a prominent delegation from the kingdom's civil aviation sector on official visits to Singapore, China, and the United States from February 19th to 29th.
The Purpose of the Visit: The delegation's primary objective is to foster discussions on collaborative initiatives concerning air connectivity and economic advancement. Additionally, the delegation seeks to explore avenues for cooperation aligned with the goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Highlighting Saudi Aviation Strategy: The visit will spotlight Saudi Arabia's endeavors in the aviation domain, anchored within the Saudi Aviation Strategy (SAS). The SAS endeavors to position Saudi Arabia as a leading aviation hub in the Middle East, supported by a projected $100 billion investment aimed at accommodating 330 million passengers by 2030.
Global Networking Initiatives: Commencing in Singapore, the delegation will participate in the Changi Aviation Summit and Singapore Airshow. Subsequent visits to Beijing, Zhengzhou, and Shanghai in China will ensue, followed by engagements in Seattle and Anaheim in the United States, where attendance at the HAI Heli Expo is scheduled.
Bilateral Engagements: During the visit, His Excellency Al-Duailej will partake in bilateral meetings with counterparts from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the Civil Aviation Authority of China, and the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States.
Engagement with Industry Leaders: The Saudi delegation will convene with industry leaders and stakeholders in roundtable discussions to showcase recent accomplishments and the vast opportunities arising from the implementation of the Saudi Aviation Strategy.
