Highlighting the robust diplomatic relations between Nepal and Russia, he pointed out the significant number of Nepalese students studying in Russia and the substantial annual influx of Russian tourists to Nepal.
President Malla stressed the potential economic and commercial benefits of expanding the air communication network, especially with the operation of airports in Pokhara and Bhairahawa.
The Nepal Chamber of Commerce is committed to facilitating Russian investment, while the Russian delegation expressed its intention to work collaboratively to enhance the direct air link and explore opportunities for cooperation in various business sectors.
Alexander L. Revas, the head of the Russian Federation, proposed a joint initiative between the governments of both countries to establish air links and suggested broader collaboration in additional business areas.
