Kailash Helicopters went public, issuing shares to the general public

Kathmandu: Kailash Helicopter Services has been transformed into a public company. 

Kailash, which was registered as a private company in the year 2073 and providing helicopter services in Nepal, has now been transformed into a public company. 

After the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority made a rule to build five helicopters, the company was converted to public according to the policy of issuing shares to the general public for capital increase. 

The goal of the company is to deliver five helicopters by 2026 by increasing the capital. Currently, the company is providing services with three Airbus helicopters.
